Previous allowances for partial payments had created an accounting frustration and had offended many residents who had made efforts to fulfill their obligations in advance.

We might need to anticipate 1- 2 months for the project’s completion. During this time Pebble Brook will effectively be closed necessitating the use of Priem or N. Marks Roads to get from Phase I to II.

Although unknown at this point, it is assumed that this will precede a potential opportunity for residents to hook-up with Columbia Gas at some point in the future. Identified by numerous “flags” and spray paint quite noticeable in Phase II, this project is currently for selected areas of Meadowood only. We will endeavor to forward more information as soon as it becomes available.
