PLEASE BE ADVISED -- On April 10, 2012, the Meadowood Board voted to issue 2012 Pool Passes only to those residents whose Assessments have been paid-in-full. Previous allowances for partial payments had created an accounting frustration and had offended many residents who had made efforts to fulfill their obligations in advance.

Shelly Snell ...

PLEASE BE ADVISED -- According to the City Engineering Department, plans for the re-construction of the Pebble Brook Culvert are expected by mid-April with anticipated City Council approval in May with construction to begin in June. We might need to anticipate 1- 2 months for the project’s completion. During this time Pebble Brook will effectively be closed necessitating the use of Priem or N. Marks Roads to get from Phase I to II.

Scott Admin ...

Residents in specific parts of Meadowood recently received door notices from Columbia Gas advising that a sub-contractor, Infrasource, would be making exploratory tests of existing underground utility and sewer sources preliminary to the installation of gas “mains”. Although unknown at this point, it is assumed that this will precede a potential opportunity for residents to hook-up with Columbia Gas at some point in the future. Identified by numerous “flags” and spray paint quite noticeable in Phase II, this project is currently for selected areas of Meadowood only. We will endeavor to forward more information as soon as it becomes available.

Scott Admin ...
