Many of you have recently received a letter fr=m NOPEC Residential Electric Governmental Aggregation Program and have emailed=me about whether or not you should join. Actually, the letters are=legitimate offers and are in the standard format that NOPEC uses (although they=look like junk mail or an advertisement). Also, the mechanism they use of=20 automatically signing you up unless you actively send back the opt out=form is legal (I've checked on that too).
