Notice for Delinquent Accounts:

If a foreclosure lawsuit is filed on a property, the Association may file a lien on the property any time after March 1st

in order to preserve its interest in the lawsuit.

Properties with unpaid assessments may not use the pool or

rent the clubhouse facility until all fees are paid-in-full.
