Meadowood Homeowners' Association (HOA) was built by Bob Schmitt Homes beginning in the mid-1970's with the first phase and was completed with the fourth and final phase in the mid-1990's. Our association is governed by its original covenants and restrictions, and bylaws, released in May, 1979. 

On July 19, 2017, the Board of Trustees approved an amendment to the covenants and restrictions to include denial of use of the Association's amenities, including pool, tennis courts and clubhouse rentals if it is determined that the exterior property is out-of-compliance as per the HOA architectural control regulations.
