Our association is governed by its original covenants and restrictions, released in May, 1979.  On July 19, 2017, the Board of Trustees approved an amendment to the covenants and restrictions to include denial of use of the Association's amenities, including pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse rentals if it is determined that the exterior property is out-of-compliance as per the HOA's Architectural Control regulations.

Adopted in 2023, Meadowood HOA Tree Policy applies to trees on common ground areas only. Homeowners remain responsible for trees within their property lines.
