Outdoor standalone lampposts
As per the Meadowood Covenants and Restrictions, the lampposts at the corner of the homeowner's property near the tree lawn cannot be modified and must remain in working order. The globe color can be white or clear. The original "crackle glass" globes provided by Bob Schmitt Homes are also acceptable but are no longer in production. Meadowood Association does not sell globes for residential purchase (yes, it did so years ago when Bob Schmitt Homes gave over some of its remaining supply, but nothing remains.)

New globes, posts, collars, and photo cells can be purchased from HomeDepot, or, any retailer that sells similar products. Any repairs should be done by a qualified electrician or contractor of the homeowner's choice. The resident-owner is responsible for all replacement materials and/or labor costs associated with the upkeep of their lampposts.
